GENERIC CRITERIA
Have an active account – trades &communications with LegacyFX in the past month.
Fully verified (KYC)
Have reached the requirements of the first tier.
Read and accept the Loyalty Membership Program T&Csalong with the company’s main T&Cs

TIER REQUIREMENTS
Must reach At Least THREE of the requirements of a tier to be promoted to that level
SMART
- Transacts (deposits & withdrawals) between 1 – 4 times in 30-days
- Equity of more than 250 at the end of 30-days
- Has between 1 – 9 trades in 30-days
- Between 1 – 4 referrals / positive posts / reviews in 30-day period
WISE
- Transacts (deposits & withdrawals) between 5 – 9 times in 30-days
- Equity of more than 1,000 – 4,999 at the end of 30-days
- Has between 10 – 49 trades in 30-days
- Between 5 – 10 referrals / positive posts / reviews in 30-day period
EXPERT
- Transacts (deposits & withdrawals) between 10 – 19 times in30-days
- Equity of more than 5,000 – 19,999 at the end of 30-days
- Has between 50 – 149 trades in 30-days
- Between 10 – 19 referrals / positive posts / reviews in 30-day period
GENIUS
- Transacts (deposits & withdrawals) between 20+ times in 30-days
- Equity of more than 20K + at the end of 30-days
- Has between 150 + trades in 30-days
- Between 20 referrals / positive posts / reviews in 30-day period
